Behind the Name: Elijah is from an Associations of Royalty themed litter.

 Eli is quite the charmer! He's very much into licking any human he comes in contact with and will lounge around with you for as long as you like. He was one of the rats at the 2009 NIRO Rat Show serving as a Meet and Greet rat for the public to pet and love on. He handled the day like a champ and really loved hanging out with everyone.

Breeding:
Eli was bred to his sister DAZL Gwendolen in January 2010. He produced some lovely shaded siamese.

Death & Necropsy:
Elijah passed away at 27 months of age. He had some chronic respiratory problems in the latter part of his life.
Gross necropsy revealed multiple abscesses in the right cranial & middle lung lobes.
Left lung completely normal as well as liver, kidneys, and heart. Vet noted no fluid in chest and no signs of heart disease.
